Hi gang

Am on the are most every day with my  Kenwood 530.
Traded 520 which had an analog freq readoout for a 530 which has a digital
readout as being disabled it was hard to read the freq I was on.
Looking for a cheap general coverage receiver that will handle SSB.
It need not be solid state a tube one will do just fine as long as the darn
thing works and has reasonable sensitivitry.

have tried building a kit but messed it up good so will have to settle for
an old boatanchor rec. as long as it works.
