Heathkit HP-13A DC power supply for their tube HF radios like the HW-12, HW22,
 HW32 - possibly also the HW-100, HW-101 etc.
- runs on 12V DC.

Comes with the original Heath manual plus both cables.
No rust or dirt. Not beaten up - looks really nice.
