Folks... these preamps are self-bypassing, and add selectivity as well as
gain. I have one, and an Ameco, and a couple of others from the dawn of
civilization, and this is the best of the lot. GREAT for BAs.

I do not know Darrell, and so have no financial interest in this. I just
know the preamp is a very good unit.
