Strange but odd.  After I answered Ken on the list we corresponded and I
advised him that I didn't have the mother lode of Superior manuals.  But
I had a second inquiry from someone and now can't find it, to answer.
So, whomever you are, I apologize.

I would suggest to anyone who needs a manual that they state so right up
front in the first message.
