Headphone usage

Does anyone know what radio the following headsets were used with?

Signal Corps, US Army, Receiver R-14  made by Consolidated Radio Products

They have a leather covered headband, no ear cushions, and an approx. 12" cord
with a PL-54 phone plug (shorter than standard)
