The 5647 I am familiar with, it was used in the PRC-14 as well as a lot of
other radios of that era.  I have in my posession a Raytheon subminiature
tube pamphlet that I will attempt to find and copy for anyone that is
interested.  FWIW, a few years ago, George Fathauer of Antique Electronics
Supply in Tempe, AZ designed and sold a PCB 8-sub miniature tube radio that
used a single 22.5 V battery and a single D cell for the filament. I guess
he wanted to use some of the great pile of NOS subminis they had in stock.
Anyway, I will try to find the info.  In general, the CK series was designed
for hearing aids back in the forties and fifties.
