OK, I stand corrected. The original proposal; which you
initially endorsed without reservation, called  for limiting
all DSB AM amateur radio signals below 28.8 MHz to
a maximum of 5.6 kHz bandwidth.

I must just have a great talent for avoiding all this massive
amount of crap that you are hearing on the air, because
I have not heard ANY of it over the past 5 years
on the air.

This frequency will now be returned to normal amateur radio usage.
