Looks like it belongs with one of the HT series transmitters.

115V AC primary to secondary of 75V at 30 mA
Also has 6.1V at 5 Amps
Potted design with steel case.
Dimensions 3"  X  2-1/2"  X  4" tall
Has never been used, but has been in storage. No rust.
