UPDATE: WW II XTMR IDENTIFICATION

Thanks to everyone who replied. Because of that help I think I have located a reference to the Federal FT-102 shipboard xtmr. It is Issue #67, Nov 94, Electric Radio, page 4, by Gagnon.
If anyone has this issue, a copy of the article would be appreciated. I will gladly pay postage.
