HRO-60 Product Detector

Wonder if anyone is familar with the product detector that is shown in a HRO-60 on ebay Item #3014618464.  Looks like a commercial item but the owner has no info on it.  Does anyone have a pet circuit for a 50/50-1/60  product detector?
