re HP 400C

[Kenneth D. Grimm, K4XL]

Actually the manual on BAMA is for the HP 400D, H, 4001 and HO2-400D and
not a plain 400.  Thanks, Al, for getting me to check on it.  In doing
so, I caught the error and am in the process of correcting the link and
description.
