Help with XTAL ID

It sounds like a military crystal with the channel
number instead of the frequency.

If you have an Apache, or other rig that can be
crystal controlled, why not just put the rig in "tune"
or on a dummy load and see what frequency it is on by
tuning your receiver.

The xtal is labeled 133-13T. Any ideas on manufacturer
or frequency?
