S-19R Problem

Jim,

I have an S-19R. It does work on that band, but all the old Halli's were
notoriously
weak above 14-15 mcs...  Hit it with a good strong signal generator and
you'll probably
find it's working, but sort of "deaf"..

I plan to go into mine and make sure all the resistors are the proper
value, etc. since it's
kind of "deaf" on all it's bands...

Have a S-19R that works fine on all but the 20 to 43mhz band. Need to know
that someone has one that does work on the high band, so I know this is a
repair problem, and not a design problem.
