D-104 & HW-101

White is the audio cable and connects to pin1, Red is PTT to pin2, shield
and blue to spring.

I have used the D104 in both amplified and none-amplified versions on my
HW-101 and find they both work equally well. With close talking, the MicGain
at 11:00 or 12:00 will fully modulate the audio. Makes a nice combo.
