Temperature Controller

I have seen (in Electric Radio magazine I think) plans for using a
temperature controller module to maintain the temperature of the
oscillator compartment of a receiver so that turn-on drift was
minimized.  I think it was done on a Mohawk receiver but am not sure
of that.

I need the name of the company making these small cigarette pack-sized
solid state controllers or the specific issue of ER that it appeared
in.  I have been through all of my ER issues and the ER archives but
cannot find that article.

Can anyone help me?
