Help Identify: KAAR RADIO TV-3A Transmitter

Has anyone ever heard of a KAAR RADIO TV-3A Transmitter?
I think this is aVHF aircraft transmitter in a 19" rack.
It has an RF section and  there is also the seperate
TV-3A/1 Power Supply/80 Watt Modulator
section. I am missing the mod tubes.
Most of the RF tubes seem to be 5763s - ther are 5 or 6 of these.

Does anyone know anything about this rather cool-looking,
military style equipment?
