FS: Collins 51J Receiver

COLLINS 51J3 / 51J4 RECEIVER - EXCELLENT Winged Emblem.
Extra sharp-looing. Very hot general coverage radio.
This is actually a great-looking 51J2 that has
had the following extra filters added:
F-500-B14
F-500-B31

Covers all bands from 500 kc. to 30.5 Mc. with very precise
display resolution.
Built-in calibrator, Crystal phasing control, BFO for SSB and CW.
5 position selectivity switch plus additional 3 position switch
for the crystal filters.
It works really well and all functions are fine on all bands.
I have contacted many stations using this wonderful radio.

Comes with the top cover but no case. Good 115V AC power cord
Has output for 500 ohm and 8 ohm speakers.

All knobs and meter are original. The inside looks great.
A couple of the controls are slightly scratchy but that is
easily resolved.

This receiver comes with the original manual also in
excellent condition. Available for $825.00 plus shipping
