B&K 707 Tube Tester

Gentlemen:

Anyone out there have "a lead fitted with a plate cap connector and a pin
plug for testing tubes having plate leads connected to caps on the top of the
tubes," for sale.  Also, anyone know the settings on this tester for the 807
tube.  Thanks to all for all previous help and for anything you can provide on
this query.
