Signal Corps PE-110C Power Supply?

Look inside the unit. Often the Signal Corps included
a schematic printed on silk that is in a small
cylinder inside the chassis or cabinet. When you take
it out of the cylinder, it is usually pretty large!
However, silk packs very closely and the cylinder may
be fairly small.
