Sprague TO-3 manual

Does anyone have a manual for a Sprague TO-3 TEL-OHMIKE capacitor checker 
that they could copy or scan for me. I would be happy to pay for expenses.

BAMA does not have the TO-3.  They do have the TO-1 and the TO-4 listed, 
but they are quite different from the TO-3.
