Varimatch CVP-4

I think this is an output transformer: I have a Varimatch CVP-4
transformer - round, gray, potted and large.
Looks like the 300 watt mod xfmr type CVM-4 but a different number.

Does anyone have any data on this baby or know what equipment it was used in?
