Jones P-101 Plug

What you have is the PJ68 plug, looks like the 1/4 inch dia. stereo earphone plug only
smaller diameter.
Maybe with the PJ68 and checking some avionics shops you can find some.
This is the same plug and jack used on the aviation mikes, or at least was in the past.
