Modulation help

Hello Friends,
I am in a predicament. I have a Kenyon modulation transformer and need some information on it and can not find it anywhere. I need connection information and or any other information available. This is a Kenyon T-422. I believe it is a 500 watt transformer. Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated.
