HELP

I just became the proud owner of a TRANS-METER from Electronic Specialty
Company in LA. Looks to be late 40's 
To 50's.  Does anyone have a manual or schematic or Battery Power
needed.Anything will be a help.  Reminds me of current day 
CB Mod Monitor.Hi !!!
