Booton 245-C Signal Generator Calibrator

Is there anyone on the list familar with this unit?  I want to restore it to a functioning piece of test equipment.  I replaced a defective impedance matching transistor but it needs more than that.  Pse contact me off list.  Tnx   jrlinden at usa.net
