These are brand new USA MADE - Cornell Dubilier 
400v 560uf Radial Mount Capacitors
Temperature rating for -40C to 105C.
Dimensions: 1.375" diameter X 2.75" tall. 
Five of these in series will give you 100 uF at 2000V DC.
Ten of these in series will give you 50 uF at 4000V DC.
