Schematic in Riders Sears page 11-58 says October 16, 1939. No power
transformer. Has a 0.1 MFD cap between one side of the power line and
the chassis.
I have a similar Silvertone 6120. Cool wood knobs. Value is in the
eye of the beholder. Good tuning eye is a plus. Have seen similar
sets go for $25 plus or minus 10 in this area. Probably more out West.
