Need Sam's photofact for Meissner 9-1160 Audio Amplifier

Does anyone have a copy of the Sams Photofact for a Meissner 9-1160 
Audio Amplifier that they could scan and e-mail me? This is a 5 tube amp 
from the early 1950's.
