I found a couple vintage phone patches which would
be great in your vintage station, even if you don't
run many phone patches these days.

Swan Phone Patch. 
This one will match any of the Swan rigs. Its black
crinkle case if very nice, with no scratches that I
can find.  $25

Viking Phone Patch
Put this one with any of your E. F. Johnson gear.
Black case with aluminum colored front panel.  $25
