32V Power supply problem

A while ago, someone posted an experience that they had relative to a
Collins 32V-  power supply.  I think it was related to the bias or the VR
tubes.  

I'm getting ready to drag my 32V-3 off the shelf for the first time in half
a dozen years, and wanted to find that info, but can't seem to find the
posting in my inbox, or in a search of the BA archives.

Does anyone remember this issue??
