WRL Linear Amp Model LA-1

Ladies & Gentlemen: 
 
Came into possession of one of these boat anchors and am without a  manual.  
Was hoping someone out there could give me a quick synopsis as to  how to tune 
this up with an exciter (maybe a Heath DX-60) and dummy load  attached.  Any 
help greatly appreciated.
