The RMC on my ship hated to copy code.  FOX watch were dirty words.
So he started looking for a "trainee"..Dumb me, volunteered to learn.  What an Elmer he turned out to be.   His creed ?

"COPY FOX OR CHIP PAINT"

Sometimes I still wonder if the chipping hammer and the red-lead bucket might not have been the way to go. 

I think the appropriate word is  Incentive.

So here I am...still copying code.
