[HEATH-TEMPE] DX-60 Kit: Modern Equivalents: Thanks!

Been following this thread.  I don't have access to an unbuilt kit, but just
finished rebuilding an old AR2 from scratch, and it was as much fun as
building a new one.  Works, too!

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions on the parts replacemnts! Seems the
concensus is to replace the only the tubulars and have the new electrolytics
already. Time to melt some solder!
