It appeare to me that those folks in Newington still can't see past the end 
of their nose.  When the neutron bomb gets dropped or some other EMP event 
occurs, its the guys and gals with the HQ-170s, Mauraders, WW-II generators and 
'57 chevys with AF-67, PMR-6 and PE-103 dynamotors who are going to be on the 
air and getting around. The rest of the guys and gals are going to be hauling 
their rice boxes out to the curb for the trash man. And don't forget the CW 
rigs.....remember CW?
