Doc it all depends on how much you want to spend your
time and energy on selling the stuff piece by piece.I
would make a list of what you have and offer it to the
highest bidder and let him spent the time to piece
meal it out.I my self enjoy what few years I have left
with my wife and grand kids and let some one else fool
with the problem.73 Ken
