That's the other problem you often encounter, thanks for reminding me. Some 
well meaning hams will tell the heirs "that's a dogone model XYZ and everybody 
knows those things bring thousands on eBay!" "You almost got taken advantage 
of there by that no good so and so." So you hear about the estate and go look 
at it and discover it was just some common stuff stored in a leaking 
outbuilding along with a bunch of other worthless rusty junk and the poor widow has her 
hopes up with the bad advise.
