GB> Morse Code Requirement Eliminated

Is this a proposed ruling or is in in place now? Does that mean that I
can now operate on the HF bands? If so, I'm going to get myself into the
issue of transmitting loop antennas as well as the receiving variety. Can't
have any antennas of any sort on the house where I live.

I've had some ideas about active transmitting loop antennas that are
just begging to be taken out of the filing cabinet.
