The FCC wont regret it.   You have to give a damn about something before 
you can regret it one way or another.
The FCC hasnt given a crap about the hams for  years.....   going back 
to the original round of "restructuring"
that took place back in the 70s...      Cynic that I am, I wouldnt be 
surprised if they did this in order to try and eliminate
the crap they are getting for their idiocy over BPL.   Take some of the 
attention off of that....
