National Schools 1945 Practical Technical Training?

Anyone familiar with the National Schools Practical
Technical Training in Radio-Television and Allied
Electronics (copyright 1945) materials?

Yellowed a bit with age but chrisp and clean other
than "OK" and a grade written on the cover pages.
Lots of great pictures of old gear, drawings of
components, and many illustrations!

I received a 3" thick stack of the materials as a
Christmas gift but some are missing.  I would like
to go through it all for my education and to take
our 10 & 11 year old through them as well.

An INDEX would be helpful, copies of the missing
Lessons would be awesome!
