Could it have originally been National Schools in LA?

I have a partial set which I am trying to complete.
It bears a 1945 copyright.

I just looked and don't see a reference to the
NRI Signal Tracer Model 34.

I then remembered that I had a 1981 NRI course
but that also fails to mention the Signal Tracer
Model 34.

Sorry.
