Cloning a Modulation Transformer?

Is there a service that clones modulation transformers?

I am thinking of pulling the transformer from my spare
Gonset G77 modulator/power supply and having it cloned
since no one seems to have any specs for it.

Is it possible for someone to measure the values and
to either identify a stock replacement or to make one?
