One wonders if these researchers have anything in
common with the guy in Korea who was claiming major
advances in cloning?

This technology, like cloning, is more speculation
than practical application any time in the near term
future.

They'd be better off trying to find a way to keep
the lunatic on the other side of Korea from starving
the rest of his people to death as he threatens to
nuke those outside his borders.

Then again, a big enough array of nitrogen-cooled
tubes and one might generate sufficient power to
selectively modulate the upper atmosphere to reflect
peaks of energy from the sun which are currently
causing global heating here and there.

This device would probably need to occupy all of
North Korea ... which would seem a better use of
the geography for the sake of humanity!

What a world ... doc
