4th edition ARRL SSB Manual wanted

I am wanting a 4th edition of the ARRL Single Sideband
Manual (old "small" size) to fill in an open spot in
my collection of SSB Manuals.

The manual doesn't have to be in "mint" condition. 
However, I would like both covers and all the pages to
be there.  Only one of my present manuals is in
anything like "new" condition so a dog earred page, or
two, isn't going to bother me.

The cost on the cover is probably going to be like
$2.50 since the original cost of the manuals seemed to
go up 50 cents each edition.  My 3rd edition was $2.00
and my 5th edition was $3.00.  The 1st edition was
$1.00 and the 2nd edition was $1.50.  Thus, it would
make sense if the 4th edition were $2.50.

Let me know what you have and how much you want for it.
