HF Preamp / Preselector FS

Preamp / Preselector for 40 thru 10 meters

This is a homebrew preamp / preselector using a dual gate 
MOSFET, and requiring about 9 V DC to operate.  It has a 
tuned circuit in it that can select 40 thru 10 meters, and tune 
out some of the "crud" from images, strong broadcast stations, 
etc., as well as giving additional amplification for receivers that 
have marginal gain, especially on the higher HF bands, such 
as many of the older receivers.  It is housed in a Radio Shack / 
LMB type enclosure about  5 1/4 inches wide, 3 inches high, 
and 6 inches deep.  The on-off switch will also bypass the unit, 
when turned off.  It is in nice shape for $20 plus shipping from 
Florida.
