[FLBOATANCHORS] Testing a BA PS?

It's good enoughto show that the transformer that supplies the 
filament power is not completely blown.
There might be more than one transformer.
The transformer could have a bad secondary winding 
other than the filament secondary. 

If the tubes light up and it is an all-in-one power transformer
then I would say you have at least a 65% chance that the iron 
is good!
