Mouser ( http://www.mouser.com ) has all sorts of 400
volt orange drops.

Now the values these days follow the same pattern as
resistors.  For example, instead of using a .2 mfd the
"new" value is .22 mfd.  However, the actual value of
the capacitor is going to be much closer on average
due to the closer tolerances of the "modern" versions.
