CORRECTION !! Help!!! Need tube socket and tech Data.

Thanks Ken;
I want out and  unwraped another tube and discovered that I had given
out the wrong  tube # . The actual tube # is 383A.
 The one that I was using as an example is almost unreadable
and I guess that I didn't squint at it just right
If you have any info on this correct # I would really appreciate it
