'S' Meter I think is from Hallicrafters?  Part # 082-000504. Fits 2-1/4" dia. hole and is retained by segmented metal clamp ring. Calibration is from 0 to 60db. full scale with needle resting to the right. Perfectly clear lens 2-3/8" square with rounded corners. Picture by e-mail. $12.50 shipped.
