Western Electric 346A & 346B Tubes Questions

According to the AT&T Apparatus Catalog: cold cathode tube for use as a
relay, voltage regulator, or rectifier.
Intended for use in the message register rack of the No. 5 crossbar and
panel dial central office systems.
There were 3 versions: 346A, B, & C.
346A & B made prior to 1964.

Value(?) - I can't believe people are beating down the door for these
things.
