Fw: S-20R Dial Cord Stringing

Unable to find stringing info in my manual copy.  I think I have main tuning OK but the BS dial reads 0 when full CW and only 95 when full CCW.  The BS dial and tuning knob turn in the same direction when in use. 

This may be as good as it gets - and then again....!  Constructive comments invited.
